Defrost the dough at room temperature or in a microwave, following the recommendations.

The flavored baking is ready in 20-30 minutes.

Wrap in oiled sheets topping. Put the products on a baking sheet, brush with a beaten egg. Preheat oven to 220 °C and bake at 180 °C

Unfreezing recommendations:

The Phyllo Dough can be defrosted at a room temperature in a closed bag (for it not to lose moisture), or in the microwave (being firstly taken out of the package) at “defrost” mode and a power of 600 W for 2 minutes.
